運送政策
- 運送範圍：本店暫時只運送香港地區的訂單，敬請見諒。
- 運送時間：本店大部份產品為預訂貨品，在訂單確認後 2-3個工作天內入貨，一般情況下，入貨後10-14個工作天會送達客人地址。要注意，運送時間或會因客人地址﹑購物節或假期期間物流堆積而延遲到達，敬請客人預早購買。
- 運費：運費將根據您的飾物重量和運輸方式計算，並且不包含在訂單總價之內。作為參考，本店包裝重量為67g。
- 運送方式： 我們使用 順豐到付 來作運輸方式。
- 追蹤訂單：當顧客選擇順豐到付，您將在本店發貨後收到一封包含運送追蹤號碼的郵件，以便您隨時追蹤訂單運送狀況。
- 更改運送地址：如果您需要更改運送地址，請在訂單確認後盡快與我們聯繫。請注意，一旦訂單已發貨，可能無法更改運送地址。
- Shipping coverage：We only provide local shipping to Hong Kong at this moment.
- Shipping time：Most of our products are pre-order and we will order 2-3 business days from factories after order confirmation. It takes 10-14 business days to be shipped after restock. Please note that the time taken might be delayed depends on address, festivals or holidays stack-ups.
- Shipping fee：The fee varies upon the weigh of your accessories and shipping method. As a reference, our basic package weighs 67g.
- Shipping method：We use SF Cash-on-delivery as the shipping method.
- Tracking：You'll receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Wrong address：Please contact us ASAP if you realize you give the wrong address. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot change your address.
