退款政策

• 可退款/換貨情況

收貨後72小時內;

貨品尺寸與訂單尺寸不同或收貨時已有明顯損毀。

• 不可退款情況

因測量方式有異而導致尺寸不合;

非物流過程中造成的人為損壞。

• 可退款/換貨程序

請在收貨後72小時內連同貨品相片及訂單編號以電郵或ig dm向我們說明商品問題。

若選擇換貨，客人不需寄回有問題貨品，本店會承擔一切運費，並在2-4個工作天內(如有現貨)將正確貨品運到客人提供的地址。

若選擇退款，本店會要求客人提供收款方式並在兩個工作天內完成退款，而退款金額只包括有問題貨品之金額。

• Acceptable for refund/return

Within 72 hours of receiving the product;

Ordered size is different from the size received or damage existed at the moment of receiving it.

• Not acceptable to refund/return

Wrong size due to different measuring methods;

Damage caused by human outside of the logistic process.

• Procedure of refund/return

Email us or IG dm with stating the problem and order number;

Choosing return: we will bear all shipping fee of sending the correct product without need of sending the wrong product back.

Choosing refund: we will refund within two business days to the payment suggested by customers. Only the price of wrong product will be refunded.
